The hotel had clean and well-laid out rooms, but the morning sun made it uncomfortably hot inside. The service staff were accommodating and even went above and beyond for us when my son lost his toy. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach and overlooking the Park, water, and entertainments. The dining experience was value for money and delightfully prepared, though it took a bit long. The hotel facilities were commendable.

The hotel had a lovely view of Granite Island and a park directly from the room, making it excellent, comfortable, and very clean. The service was top-notch, with helpful and delightful staff.
